Become a Vendor
The YEG Ice Fest Vendor Village runs Saturday, February 17 & Sunday February 18 from 9:30am-6:30pm each day.
Location: The Fan Park @ ICE District: 10104 104 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta
Allocation of vendor space will be determined after reviewing complete applications for their appropriateness for the event. Only selected vendors will be notified.
- All vendors are required to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, heaters and other items for their exhibitor space
- Vendors providing food or drink samples must acquire and submit all necessary permits prior to the event
- Onsite vehicle parking is not permitted (accommodations are made for load-in/out)
- All vendors are required to have and show proof of insurance
- A Vendor package with additional setup details will be sent following acceptance of application and fee payment in full
-Vendors will receive 2 event passes per day, unless otherwise discussed
